As a black boy adopted into a large, loving Irish Catholic family at age two, Earl discovered at a young age that he was meant to stand out. Yet whether it was on the basketball court or early in his career as a young and ambitious “edupreneur,” Earl encountered opportunities that required him to give his all, but often found himself holding back. In his first memoir, Giving My All, Earl retells his journey and how he's just getting started.

Earl's second book, From Vision to Impact: The Secrets to Building a Successful Social Enterprise, is an essential guide for social entrepreneurs, particularly those from diverse backgrounds, who want to scale their nonprofits or small businesses. Earl's insights are tailored to empower leaders and entrepreneurs facing unique challenges, offering strategies to overcome systemic barriers, foster supportive networks, and build enterprises that not only thrive financially but also create significant social change.
